SAFE?
We invented safe!
We have been throwing people off things since 1988 and we are very proud of our impeccable safety record. With AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand, you go with the most experienced Bungy company in the world.
Tell your SkyWalk Crew if you have high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks or any recent sprains/muscular injuries.
Unfortunately, we can't permit anyone who is pregnant to SkyWalk. And if you have osteoporosis, scoliosis or a recent concussion, we'll need to see a doctor's certificate.
Wear glasses for safety reasons? They may not be able to be worn. However, prescriptions safety glasses are available free of charge. You can check out more stuff about safety here. -

GETTING THERE
Our SkyJump and SkyWalk experiences are based at Auckland’s iconic Sky Tower, right in the heart of the CBD.
By Foot: The Sky Tower is an easy walk from most central city accommodation, shopping, and attractions. Simply head towards Federal Street and you’ll see the Tower rising above the skyline.
By Car: Paid parking is available at the SkyCity Car Park, with direct access to the Sky Tower via lifts. The entrance is off Federal Street, just follow the SkyCity signs.
By Public Transport: Buses and trains stop at Britomart Transport Centre, just a 10–15 minute walk from the Tower. Many InnerLink and CityLink buses also stop nearby on Victoria Street and Wellesley Street.
We recommend allowing extra time for city traffic and parking. For the best directions on the day, check Google Maps.
If you’re booked for SkyJump or SkyWalk, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking to check-in.
