Driver & Customer Experience Host – Queenstown

(Part-time: Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun — with potential to go to full-time hours)

Does your current job drive you crazy?! If you’d rather drive our mad customers and crew (and throw in a bit of showmanship along the way), we want you on our Queenstown team.

This isn’t just a driving gig — you’re the first friendly face and the last great story customers get before they leap. From the moment you greet them at the Bungy Centre to the final commentary as they roll back into town, you’ll be the host who makes the journey as memorable as the jump.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving our buses between sites with a full, clean Class 2 NZ License & P Endorsement
• Hosting, entertaining & harnessing customers — hype included
• Delivering welcome briefings, on-the-road commentary & a killer sign-off at the end of every trip
• Keeping things safe, legal & roadworthy (vehicle checks, logbooks, the lot)
• Proactively selling our activities & sharing the AJ Hackett Bungy story with genuine passion
• Working as part of a close-knit crew who love having fun at work

What you’ll bring:

• You must be eligible to work in New Zealand to apply for this role.
• A full, clean Class 2 NZ License with P Endorsement (essential)
• First Aid qualification (or willingness to get one)
• A safety-conscious mindset & respect for the road code
• Confident public speaking — you’re basically part tour guide, part hype man/woman
• The ability to work independently, stay cool under pressure, and keep customers grinning
• Bonus points for local Queenstown knowledge or tourism experience
