Pipeline Bungy is situated in Skippers Canyon, a stunning and rugged location about a 40-minute drive from Queenstown. The site is nestled amid the natural beauty of the Southern Alps and the Shotover River.

PIPELINE EXPERIENCE

Set in the rugged Skipper’s Canyon back-country is the Pipeline Bungy. This historical site takes its name from an old water pipeline that was used in the early gold mining days.

This is the only exclusive bungy jump site in New Zealand – we’ll open it specifically for your private group and corporate group activities, which means unbeatable bragging rights.

THE VENUE

Skippers Canyon is known for its rich gold mining history and the scenic river that runs along its cliffs. The Pipeline Bungy site is on the historic Skippers Canyon Bridge, which adds to the unique and adventurous nature of the experience. At Pipeline Bungy, adventurers have the opportunity to experience a thrilling 102-meter bungy jump. Jumper's leap from a suspension bridge that spans the Shotover River, providing a breathtaking free fall experience.

HOURS

Our operating hours are 9:00am-4:00pm, we are able to operate the Bungy Jump until nightfall on request. This venue is not usually open through the winter months of June, July & August.

CAPACITY

Inside the building:

Max PAX(standing) 50 guests.

Outside the building:

Max PAX(standing) 300 guests.

ACTIVITIES

Pipeline Bungy takes its name from an old water pipeline that was used during the early gold mining days. This 102m (340ft) jump is the second highest in NZ and set in the rugged back country wilderness of the Shotover River Gorge.

ACCESS

Located 45 minutes from central Queenstown via a gravel, 4WD road. Helicopter landing access by request basis. Transportation available for up to 22 guests at one time.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

We recommended that all groups include a catering option for their corporate dinner experience. We can offer a basic lunch box that can be delivered to site from our Bungy Café at the Kawarau Bungy Centre. Alternatively we work with local catering companies who can provide a range of food & beverage options. In2Food one of our long time partners can provide anything from Grab n Go snacks, Gourmet Sandwiches and Salads, a beautifully set grazing table or Gourmet BBQ buffet. Ask us about the best options for your group size.

ENTERTAINMENT

Amp up the atmosphere by bringing in your own DJ or live music to create an experience to remember. For a more chilled affair ask us about lawn games for your group team building games.
