All sites are open and operating with My Vaccine Pass under the ‘Red’ setting of the Covid-19 Protection Framework.

The government has announced a move to the Covid-19 Protection Framework as of 11:59pm on Thursday, December 2, 2021. From this date, all our sites will require vaccination certificates to operate. This means that everyone on site including our Crew will need to show proof of vaccination to complete any of our activities.

My Vaccine Pass required

Customers must show My Vaccine Pass when checking in to any of our activities
Customers who have booked online and do not have My Vaccine Pass at check in will be refunded
Cafe customers at the Kawarau Bungy Centre must show My Vaccine Pass if they are eating in cafe
All customers including spectators on AJ Hackett Bungy NZ transport must show My Vaccine Pass before boarding
All visitors to SkyCity Auckland must show My Vaccine Pass
All visitors to The Ledge in Queenstown must show My Vaccine Pass to access the Skyline Gondola

My Vaccine Pass not required

Children under 12 years and 3 months are not required to show My Vaccine Pass
Cafe customers ordering takeaway at the Kawarau Bungy Centre are not required to show My Vaccine Pass
Retail customers at at the Kawarau Bungy Centre, Queenstown Bungy Centre, and Taupō Bungy Centre are not required to show My Vaccine Pass
Visitors to the Kawarau Bungy Centre, Queenstown Bungy Centre, and Taupō Bungy Centre are not required to show My Vaccine Pass – visitors are not considered close contact until they undertake an activity or eat in at the cafe

Below we have included further requirements at each level of the framework. All of our sites will follow the guidelines set by the New Zealand Government based on the regional Covid-19 protection framework setting.

At Red

We are open - vaccine pass/certificate required
Up to 100 people limit on site, based on 1m distancing
Record keeping/scanning required
Face coverings required

At Orange

We are open - vaccine pass/certificate required
No limit on the number of people on site
Record keeping/scanning required
Face coverings required

At Green

We are open - vaccine pass/certificate required
No limit on the number of people on site
Record keeping/scanning required
Face coverings encouraged indoors

How we're keeping you safe on site

As one of New Zealand's most safety conscious businesses our number one priority is the health and safety of our Crew & Customers. We're pulling out all the stops to make sure our sites are maintained to a high standard on an ongoing basis.

CLEANING

Our housekeeping game is on point, with deep clean and complete sanitisation of each site inside and out on a daily basis as well as leaving all external doors open to keep the air fresh.

BE SMART, STAND APART

Look out for our posters on site. This will help you observe the appropriate social distancing rules including Entry & Exit doors on site and directional signage, hygiene guidelines and more.

GREETINGS

Sorry, high fives are off the table. But we'll cheer you on from a socially acceptable 1m.

PROTECTIVE GEAR

If our Crew look like Darth Vader, don't be alarmed! We've provided our Crew with extra protective gear.

PERSONAL HYGIENE

There's hand sanitiser and tissues all around the site - help yourself!
