Bungy New Zealand Limited is committed to protecting our customers’ personal information. This Privacy Policy sets out how Bungy New Zealand Limited collects, uses and protects your personal information from your use of our websites or otherwise in connection with our products and services.

1. What information do we collect and how do we use it?
We collect your personal information when you fill in your personal details on the online booking form or give the information to our staff during the booking process. We also ask you to fill in a digital check in and waiver before you participate in our activities.
When you book one of our experiences online, by phone call or at one of our sites we collect personal information including:
- your name
- your email
- your phone number
- your country of origin and where you have resided in the last year
- billing or purchase information
At check in we collect personal information including:
- medical conditions, weight & age
- Digital signature on our waiver
We may also collect personal information about you (from third parties) where you have authorised this, or if the information is publicly available.
Online payments. Our Websites use third party booking software which at the date of this privacy policy is Ibis Technology.
- IBIS Technology manage our online payments and use the third party payment solution Payment Express
- We do not have access to complete credit card details under any circumstances
- In the case of refunds, Payment Express use a token for each transaction, which enables us to find and refund your transaction, but we do not and cannot view credit card details

Do we use cookies? Yes. We use Google analytics to help track Website traffic. The Google Analytics program sends one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We realise that our customers trust us to protect their personal information. We take that task seriously. At Bungy New Zealand Ltd we aim to make your shopping experience safe, convenient and worry free. For example: All of your personal information and order details are encrypted with the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) authentication.
This fully encrypts and protects all of the information that you send to us over the internet (such as name, address, credit card number etc). This information can only be read by authorised Bungy New Zealand Ltd personnel, who will only use the information for the purpose of processing your order.
We will never display your full credit card number once it has been processed through our secure server. When you receive your order confirmation email we will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card for verification purposes.
We recommend you take prudent steps to secure your computer using up to date anti-spyware and virus protection software. We also recommend you use a strong password and that you do not share your password with anyone or share your password in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.
